Dash for Cash Raises $38,000 for OREA Foundation

The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) Foundation Dash for Cash Ride for Charity took place from July 20-22, 2006. The motorcycle ride covered the 1,300 km from Toronto to Nashville, Tennessee and raised $38,000 in support of the OREA Foundation. All of the proceeds raised from registration and pledges were donated to the Foundation.

Nine riders made the journey from Toronto to Nashville. They riders were Ron Abraham from TREB, Carlos Grass, Richard Hawkins from PKAR, Bob Kinnear from OREA, Lynn Martin from BREB, Harry Martin from BREB, Summer Rea from OMDREB, Don Richardson of TREB and TREB passenger Avi Richardson.

The OREA Foundation would like to thank the many supporters of the REALTORS® Ride for Charity. These including the riders, OREA Past Presidents, 2006 Board Presidents, the Foundation Board of Governors, the OREA Board of Directors, and OREA staff.
