The United Chinese Community Enrichment Services Society (SUCCESS) Foundation‘s flagship fundraising event raised an astonishing $506,000 for deserving programs and services, with more than $47,000 raised by Royal Pacific Realty Corporation REALTORS® and other Vancouver real estate firms.

REALTOR® Sing Lim Yeo, and Chair of the SUCCESS Foundation, along with fellow Royal Pacific Realty agents Royal Winnie Chung, David Yang, Robin Fu, Brianna Qiu, and Sunny Yang, all played an important role in exceeding the Bridge to SUCCESS gala’s fundraising goal.

“Each year we gather here to celebrate and acknowledge the great cause that SUCCESS carries out for those in needs in the Metro Vancouver communities. Tonight we would like to pay homage to the people in our communities,” said Yeo at the March 12 event. “Whether they are the motivated individuals attaining the goal of working towards the betterment of the community, or those who receive and depend on SUCCESS services, it is they who made SUCCESS what it is today.”

With a passion for philanthropy and community building, Yeo devotes his time and resources while supporting local, national and international causes in social services, health care and education.

“Philanthropy is simply the love of mankind, and it touches people regardless of age, ethnicity and social status.  Being an immigrant myself, it is my duty to help other immigrants to settle into Canada.  I feel privileged to be able to give back while inspiring others to do so.”  Said Mr. Yeo.

In 2014-2015, SUCCESS provided more than 140,000 clients services with close to 78,000 participants in various events and activities.

“SUCCESS Foundation is truly grateful to Sing`s leadership,” said the society’s CEO Queenie Choo. “He consistently demonstrated his commitment through personal donation, corporate sponsorship and the collection of pledge contribution.  He truly believes in the power of philanthropy.”
